Comprising four seafarers, four stevedores, women’s representative, and youth representative.
* Northern Region Divisions elect their respective representatives to the Northern Region Local 13 Executive Committee Meetings separately (not part of this election ballot).

| Wednesday, 21 Oct 2026 | Electronic Ballot Opens | Voting opens. Electronic ballots sent directly to members’ registered email addresses. |

Election Closes | Electronic voting concludes promptly at midday. |
Important Nomination & Campaign Rules
- Nomination Forms: Available from the union office or via email request to the Scrutineer, Local 13 Secretary, or Office Administrator.
- Candidate Profiles (Optional): Must accompany nomination forms. Limited strictly to one photo and a candidate statement that must fit onto an A4 page. Profiles will not be accepted after the close of nominations.
- Update Contact Details: Members must ensure their email addresses are up to date on the union database to receive their electronic ballot.
- Campaign Restrictions: No candidate or member is permitted to electioneer via Facebook or any other media website or digital tool.
