Fair Pay Agreements

Fair Pay Agreements (FPAs) are pay and conditions agreements that are negotiated for an entire industry. That means they set a base for terms and conditions that no employer can undercut. And that means more secure jobs and better terms and conditions across the industry.

MUNZ is organising to initiate an FPA for the port industry. To get this started we need 1000 port workers to let us know they support an FPA in the ports.

You don’t even need to be a MUNZ member – as long as you’re a port worker you can sign up to support an FPA. It’s going to make work better for all of us.
